Shipping Policy

Shipping Information  
Orders are typically processed within 5 business days (excluding holidays). Once shipped, you will receive a notification email containing your tracking number. Most products are shipped from warehouses located in China.

Shipping Fees  
All orders qualify for free standard shipping.

Estimated Delivery Times  
For shipments within the United States:  
- Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days (most economical option)

Please Note:  
- Delivery times are calculated from the date of shipment and do not include order processing time.  
- Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and certain remote rural areas may experience an additional delay of 2–3 business days.  
- Holidays, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances may cause delivery delays.

Orders with Multiple Items  
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped from different warehouses. You will receive a single order confirmation and make one payment but may receive multiple packages, each with its own tracking number.

Shipping Issue Resolution  
Abnormal Tracking Status:  
If your tracking information has not been updated for more than 3 days, please first contact the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) directly for assistance. If the issue remains unresolved, you may contact us for further support.

Lost or Severely Delayed Packages:  
If you have not received your order more than 30 business days after shipment, please contact us with your order number and tracking details. Once confirmed as lost, we will arrange a reshipment or refund.

Incorrect Shipping Address:  
The buyer is responsible for any delivery issues resulting from an incorrect shipping address. Please verify your address carefully before placing your order. If you need to modify your address before shipment, please contact customer support as soon as possible.

Receiving Your Package  
Upon delivery, please inspect the external condition of the package. If there is visible damage, take photos before accepting the package and notify the carrier on the spot. If damage is discovered after acceptance, please contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence.

Failed Delivery Scenarios  
The following situations may result in failed delivery:  
- Incomplete or incorrect address  
- Multiple failed delivery attempts due to no one available to accept the package  
- Address located outside the carrier’s service area  
- Customs clearance refusal

- Address Format: For international orders, please provide your address in English and include a valid phone number.  
- Customs Clearance: Time required for customs clearance is not included in the estimated delivery window.
