- Return Authorization: All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Packages without an RMA will not be accepted.
- Return Eligibility: Return requests must be submitted within 90 days of the purchase date.
- Item Condition: Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. Items that have been installed, used, or altered are not eligible for return.
- Non-Returnable Items: Customized products and items marked as non-returnable are excluded from this policy.
- Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

1. Item Consistency: The returned item must exactly match the part number and application scenario as purchased.
2. Item Integrity: Items must be complete, properly assembled, and free from significant damage such as cracks, severe rust, or missing components.
3. Original Packaging Requirement: Items must be returned in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
4. Tracking Information: You must enter valid return tracking information on the "Order Management" page to facilitate timely processing.

Return Timeframe
To qualify for a full refund, items must be returned within 90 days of the purchase date. Returns submitted beyond this period may result in reduced refunds or denial of the request.

Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria:
- If the item passes inspection, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- If the item does not meet the return requirements, we will be unable to process a refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

Return Step-by-Step Guide
If you need to initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Obtain an RMA Number: Contact customer service with your order number, item number to be returned, and reason for return.
2. Package the Item: Place the item along with all accessories and documentation in the original packaging. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
3. Ship the Item: Use a reliable carrier that provides tracking services. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except for returns due to our error.
4. Submit Tracking Information: Please enter the return tracking details on the "Order Management" page.
5. Inspection and Refund: Once the item passes inspection, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchange Instructions
If an exchange is needed due to product quality issues, please contact our customer service team to arrange a replacement.

- RMA Issuance Time: Typically 2–4 business days (may be longer for certain items). The RMA number and detailed return instructions will be sent via email. If you do not receive it within 5 business days, please contact us.
- Handling Refused Deliveries: If you refuse delivery, please submit a support ticket immediately. Refunds will be processed after we receive the returned item, which may take 1–3 weeks.
- Returning Items Without an RMA: Items returned without an RMA number may not be refunded unless a valid tracking number is provided and the package is successfully identified. Even if accepted, processing will take significantly longer.
- Installation Damage and Missing Parts: Items damaged due to improper installation or missing accessories/instructions are not eligible for return.
- Refund Amount Calculation: Refunds cover the net item price (excluding shipping and any discounts applied). The specific amount will be detailed in your refund confirmation email.

Disclaimer of Liability
Under any circumstances, Parts Phoenix's liability is limited to a full refund of the purchase price or, at our discretion, repair or replacement of the item. We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, in which case the above limitations may not apply to you.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact customer service within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide instructions for returning the defective item.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
